Job Duties

  • work closely with the head artisan baker to execute daily bakery production with precision, consistency, and teamwork
  • prepare, shape, and bake a variety of artisan breads and pastries with consistency and attention to detail
  • mix and develop doughs following precise fermentation schedules
  • manage baking according to specified times and temperatures to achieve ideal crust and crumb
  • maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace
  • assist with recipe testing, product improvement, and any additional tasks as directed by the chefs
