Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods
- Capacity to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and occasionally up to 100 lbs
- Ability to work in hot and cold environments
- Dexterity in both hands for grasping and finger movement
- Willingness to comply with all company policies and procedures
Job Qualifications

- Familiarity with bakery equipment and operations is a plus
- Ability to follow corporate and state sanitation regulations

Job Duties
- Assist with the bakery operation including preparation, baking, merchandising and final presentation of bakery products
- Provide fast, friendly, helpful and efficient customer service
- Smile, make eye contact and thank customers upon fulfilling their requests
- Maintain a neat, clean and organized work station according to 5S standards
- Create and assist with customer special orders such as cake orders
- Operate bakery department equipment including ovens, mixers, and utensils
- Adhere to corporate and state sanitation and safety regulations
