Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior retail or customer service experience is a plus
- ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- capacity to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- physical capability to perform manual tasks including lifting and standing for extended periods
- basic technological proficiency
- strong interpersonal skills
- ability to work as part of a team

Job Duties
- Build rapport with customers
- display a friendly and outgoing attitude through good eye contact and body language
- respond to customer questions in an effective manner
- stock product and maintain product displays according to merchandising standards
- utilize technology to complete activities and tasks
- follow safety and sanitation procedures to ensure quality service and products for customers
- work in departments including Meat, Seafood, Bakery, Deli, and Grocery
