Job Requirements
- Experience working in a professional pastry or dessert production environment preferred
- Strong attention to detail
- Skilled in finishing techniques including glazing and decorating
- Ability to manage time and multitask efficiently
- Positive attitude and reliable work ethic
- Ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Availability to work consistent midshift hours typically from 11 AM to 7 PM

- Skilled in finishing techniques such as glazing, garnishing, and decorating
- Ability to manage time and multitask while maintaining a clean and organized workspace
- Positive attitude, reliability, and teamwork to support a smooth daily flow between shifts
Job Duties
- Act as the final checkpoint for pastry quality, confirming that each dessert is finished, decorated, and packaged to Copain standards
- Finish, glaze, and decorate pastries, tarts, entremets, and cupcakes with precision and care for both retail and wholesale presentation
- Keep daily production numbers and order counts updated, communicating with pastry chefs about product quality, timing, or any issues that arise
- Organize pastry racks, coolers, and packaging areas to maintain efficiency and cleanliness throughout the shift
- Restock ingredients, packaging supplies, and finished items as needed while keeping the workspace clean and organized
