Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Must follow all corporate and state sanitation and safety guidelines
- Physical ability to stand, walk, lift, push, pull, squat, and kneel for extended periods
- Ability to handle exposures to both cold and hot environments during shifts
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work independently and within a team
- Must comply with all company policies and procedures
Job Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Experience in baking or food preparation preferred but not required
- Ability to operate bakery equipment safely and efficiently
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Familiarity with sanitation and safety standards
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
- Physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently and up to 100 pounds occasionally
Job Duties
- Assist with bakery preparation, baking, merchandising, and presentation of products
- Provide fast, friendly, and efficient customer service at all times
- Smile, make eye contact, and thank customers upon fulfilling requests
- Maintain a neat, clean, and organized work station according to 5S standards
- Assist with creating and fulfilling customer special orders such as cakes
- Operate bakery department equipment including ovens, mixers, and utensils
- Adhere to corporate and state sanitation and safety regulations
- Control shrink through adherence to policies and procedures
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
