Job Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years of age to work in freezer or with knives
- Must be at least 18 years of age to operate power equipment
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Ability to lift up to 100 lbs
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Basic knowledge of safe food handling
- Ability to follow instructions and operate bakery equipment safely

Job Duties
- Promptly and efficiently greet customers
- Prepare, bake, fry and produce quality bakery products following recipes
- Mix fillings, batters, frostings and other bakery items
- Follow safe food handling guidelines
- Answer phone calls and take special orders
- Order supplies and receive freight
- Clean work areas and perform other duties as assigned
