Job Requirements

Job Duties
- prepare dough
- glaze pastries
- assist with baking tasks from start to finish
- plan daily bakery production with Bakery Sales Manager
- gather ingredients
- follow recipes accurately
- apply icing to baked goods
- monitor oven temperatures
- ensure products meet quality standards
- provide courteous and helpful service to customers
- offer product information and answer questions
- maintain a clean and organized workspace
