Job Requirements
- 0 to 6 months experience
- No high school diploma required
- At least 18 years of age
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Commitment to maintaining safety and sanitation standards
Job Qualifications
- Prior experience working in bakery or related industry
- Creativity with cuisine and passion for culinary trends
- Ability to work as a team player and support others
- Strong customer service skills
- Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
Job Duties
- Finish and package products according to established procedures
- Insert products into proof box, set controls and close door to ensure proper size and shape of product
- Work neatly and efficiently, following the direction of the bakery leader
- Prepare and fry donuts according to established procedures
- Insert products into and retrieve products from the freezer and cooler to preserve freshness
- Actively support a culture of safety which includes, but is not limited to, food safety, Team Member safety and customer safety
- Maintain cleanliness of equipment, utensils and floor (to ensure safety), as well as ensure sanitation regulations are met by following daily checklists
