Job Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Successfully completes Dunkin' Donuts Online University and basic restaurant training
- Experience in baking preferred but not required
- Creative and able to come up with decorative designs
Job Duties
- Prepare and present bakery products and merchandise in an attractive fashion to promote sales
- Maintain an exceptionally clean work environment and optimize output with minimum waste
- Consistently bake and finish products according to standards and maintain high product quality
- Understand that customer experience drives repeat business
- Promote food safety 100 percent by following personal hygiene directives
- Maintain a clean and professional appearance at all times
- Demonstrate commitment to company product, service, and food safety standards
