Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • experience in baking preferred but not required
  • able to fluently speak/read English
  • able to operate restaurant equipment
  • punctual and reliable
  • attentive to detail
  • must complete all required training
  • work indoors and outdoors under regular restaurant and weather conditions
  • capable of standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 lbs
  • available to work scheduled shifts on time
  • able to communicate respectfully with team members
  • willing to follow company policies strictly

Job Qualifications

  • Must be able to fluently speak/read English
  • able to operate restaurant equipment (minimum age requirements may apply)
  • guest focus - anticipate and understand guests' needs and exceed their expectations
  • passion for results - set compelling targets and deliver on commitments
  • bakers must be punctual, attentive to detail, and highly reliable
  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • experience in baking preferred but not required
  • creative and able to come up with decorative designs
  • successfully completes all training including (but not limited to) Dunkin' Donuts Online University requirements, basic restaurant training, and human resource training
  • on the job training provided by the restaurant manager and assistant restaurant manager

Job Duties

  • Prepare and present bakery products and merchandise in an attractive fashion in order to promote sales
  • maintain an exceptionally clean work environment and optimum output with minimum waste
  • consistently bake and finish product according to standards/specifications and maintain a high level of product quality
  • understand that the customers' experience drives repeat business
  • promote food safety on a 100% basis by following personal hygiene directives
  • maintain a clean and professional appearance at all times
  • demonstrate a commitment to company product, service, and food safety standards
  • communicate appropriately with team members, treating others fairly and with respect
  • respond positively to feedback and direction given
  • hold themselves accountable for their responsibilities on their shift
  • adhere to schedule and arrive ready to work on time
  • hold guests as highest priority and ensure each guest is highly satisfied with his/her experience
  • respond to specific guest needs and resolve problems with a sense of urgency
  • adhere to Brand standards and systems, delivering quality food and beverage to each guest
  • maintain a clean and neat workstation
  • complete thorough cleaning of guest areas as directed
  • complete all required training and support the training of other team members
  • effectively execute restaurant standards and marketing initiatives
  • prepare all products following appropriate recipes and procedures
  • follow all procedures related to cash, cleanliness, food safety, and restaurant safety and security
  • comply with all restaurant policies
