Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in baking preferred but not required
- Must be able to fluently speak and read English
- Able to operate restaurant equipment
- Must be punctual, attentive to detail, and highly reliable
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Willingness to work indoors and outdoors as needed

- Experience in baking preferred but not required
- Creative and able to come up with decorative designs
Job Duties
- Prepare and present bakery products and merchandise in an attractive fashion to promote sales
- Maintain an exceptionally clean work environment and optimum output with minimum waste
- Consistently bake and finish products according to standards and maintain high product quality
- Understand that the customers' experience drives repeat business
- Promote food safety by following personal hygiene directives
- Maintain a clean and professional appearance at all times
- Demonstrate a commitment to company product, service, and food safety standards
