Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- able to fluently speak and read English
- able to operate restaurant equipment (minimum age requirements may apply)
- successfully completes all required training including Dunkin Donuts Online University, basic restaurant training, and human resource training
- punctual and reliable
- attentive to detail
- able to continuously stand for extended periods
- able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs of merchandise cartons
- able to work indoors and outdoors under regular restaurant and weather conditions
- able to respond positively to feedback and direction
- committed to maintaining food safety and cleanliness standards

Job Duties
- Prepare and present bakery products and merchandise attractively to promote sales
- maintain an exceptionally clean work environment and optimize output with minimum waste
- consistently bake and finish products according to standards and specifications to maintain high product quality
- promote food safety by following personal hygiene directives
- maintain a clean and professional appearance at all times
- communicate appropriately with team members, treating others fairly and with respect
- respond positively to feedback and direction given
- hold themselves accountable for responsibilities during their shift
- adhere to schedule and arrive on time
- hold guests as highest priority and ensure guest satisfaction
- respond to guest needs and resolve problems with urgency

- execute restaurant standards and marketing initiatives
