Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • able to fluently speak and read English
  • able to operate restaurant equipment (minimum age requirements may apply)
  • successfully completes all required training including Dunkin Donuts Online University, basic restaurant training, and human resource training
  • punctual and reliable
  • attentive to detail
  • able to continuously stand for extended periods
  • able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs of merchandise cartons
  • able to work indoors and outdoors under regular restaurant and weather conditions
  • able to respond positively to feedback and direction
  • committed to maintaining food safety and cleanliness standards

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Prepare and present bakery products and merchandise attractively to promote sales
  • maintain an exceptionally clean work environment and optimize output with minimum waste
  • consistently bake and finish products according to standards and specifications to maintain high product quality
  • promote food safety by following personal hygiene directives
  • maintain a clean and professional appearance at all times
  • communicate appropriately with team members, treating others fairly and with respect
  • respond positively to feedback and direction given
  • hold themselves accountable for responsibilities during their shift
  • adhere to schedule and arrive on time
  • hold guests as highest priority and ensure guest satisfaction
  • respond to guest needs and resolve problems with urgency
  • adhere to brand standards and systems
  • maintain a clean workstation and complete cleaning of guest areas
  • complete required training and support training of other team members
  • execute restaurant standards and marketing initiatives
  • follow procedures related to cash, cleanliness, food safety, and restaurant security
