Job Duties
- Mix a large variety of dough
- Operate rack and deck ovens efficiently
- Hand craft bread ensuring quality standards
- Use dough dividers, roll machines, and bread lines
- Identify various bread products and packaging preferences
- Operate bread slicers and package bread for shipment
- Interpret reports and stage products for delivery trucks
