- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality and food safety standards
- Multilingual communication skills are a plus
Job Duties
- Provide outstanding customer assistance by greeting and supporting customers with bakery-related inquiries
- Assist the department manager in meeting sales and profitability goals
- Maintain bakery displays by restocking, organizing, and rotating products to ensure freshness and visual appeal
- Follow company guidelines for packaging and labeling baked goods
- Comply with quality, food safety, and sanitation standards
- Regularly check product freshness and remove items that do not meet quality standards
- Support inventory control, procurement, and product presentation according to instructions
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment according to company standards
