Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Prepare bakery products for student meals strictly following standardized recipes
  • Follow sound environmental practices, including composting, recycling, and waste reduction initiatives
  • Ensure that the highest sanitation standards are consistently maintained across the operation
  • Maintain detailed and accurate production records to ensure proper oversight and compliance
  • Actively participate in all scheduled meetings such as Dining, Conferences, Campus Events town meetings, sector, and specially called meetings
  • Assist in other areas of the operation as needed and perform all other assigned duties to support the overall success of the department
  • Champion exceptional customer service, consistently aiming for the highest standards in every interaction
