Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Prepare bakery products for student meals strictly following standardized recipes
- Follow sound environmental practices, including composting, recycling, and waste reduction initiatives
- Ensure that the highest sanitation standards are consistently maintained across the operation
- Maintain detailed and accurate production records to ensure proper oversight and compliance
- Actively participate in all scheduled meetings such as Dining, Conferences, Campus Events town meetings, sector, and specially called meetings
- Assist in other areas of the operation as needed and perform all other assigned duties to support the overall success of the department
- Champion exceptional customer service, consistently aiming for the highest standards in every interaction
