Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- food handler certification
- availability to work Tuesday through Friday 7 00 AM to 12 1 00 PM
- ability to stand for extended periods
- ability to follow safety and hygiene standards
- prior kitchen or bakery experience preferred
Job Qualifications

- knowledge of food safety protocols
- experience working in a bakery or kitchen preferred
- ability to follow recipes and production plans accurately
- attention to detail in decorating and packaging
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
Job Duties
- Make crust fill and bake a variety of flavors of all-natural cheesecakes
- de-pan cut label and package cheesecakes for customer orders and inventory
- use existing recipes and procedures to produce per the daily production plan
- work to the daily production schedule flavor basic cheesecake mixture and fill a variety of cheesecake types
- top and decorate cheesecakes
- work with minimal supervision following all safety standards
- assist in cleaning the baking area after production process is complete
