Job Requirements

  • Be 18 years of age or older
  • Available to work weekdays with flexible open-out times
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
  • Willing to comply with food safety and hygiene standards
  • Able to understand and follow directions in English
  • Prior bakery or foodservice experience preferred but not required

Job Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Ability to follow written and oral instructions
  • Experience with baking or food preparation is a plus but not required
  • Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks and lift up to 50 pounds
  • Comfortable operating commercial-grade ovens and bakery equipment
  • Basic knowledge of measurement units used in the U.S.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Job Duties

  • Follow proprietary recipes and cake production methods with precision and achieve productivity goals
  • Utilize measuring instruments, commercial-grade mixers, ovens, and other tools effectively
  • Prepare raw ingredients and equipment accurately, monitor baking processes
  • Adhere to proper packaging, labeling, storage, and product rotation standards
  • Assist Lead Baker in production planning and inventory management
  • Evaluate ingredients and finished cakes to ensure quality standards are met
  • Clean, sanitize, and restock workstations
  • Comply with all health and safety guidelines and bakery policies
  • Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality
