Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Prepare pastries, desserts, baked goods, and specialty items as trained and directed
  • Follow standardized recipes, portion guidelines, and presentation requirements
  • Assist higher-level bakers and pastry chefs with production tasks and banquet needs
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Pastry Shop, equipment, and storage areas
  • Ensure proper labeling, rotation, and storage of all ingredients and finished goods
  • Assist with inventory, receiving, and proper handling of products
  • Uphold all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards
  • Support special events, seasonal menus, and high-volume production periods as assigned
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Chef or Pastry leadership
