Job Duties
- Prepare pastries, desserts, baked goods, and specialty items as trained and directed
- follow standardized recipes, portion guidelines, and presentation requirements
- assist higher-level bakers and pastry chefs with production tasks and banquet needs
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the Pastry Shop, equipment, and storage areas
- ensure proper labeling, rotation, and storage of all ingredients and finished goods
- assist with inventory, receiving, and proper handling of products
- uphold all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards
- support special events, seasonal menus, and high-volume production periods as assigned
- perform other duties as assigned by the Chef or Pastry leadership
