  • ability to work standing for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
  • must be available for weekends, holidays, and flexible scheduling based on business needs

Job Duties

  • Prepare pastries, desserts, baked goods, and specialty items as trained and directed
  • follow standardized recipes, portion guidelines, and presentation requirements
  • assist higher-level bakers and pastry chefs with production tasks and banquet needs
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of the Pastry Shop, equipment, and storage areas
  • ensure proper labeling, rotation, and storage of all ingredients and finished goods
  • assist with inventory, receiving, and proper handling of products
  • uphold all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards
  • support special events, seasonal menus, and high-volume production periods as assigned
  • perform other duties as assigned by the Chef or Pastry leadership
