Job Duties

  • produce high quality and creative baked goods and desserts in an efficient manner
  • design, execute and improve recipes
  • perform quality checks on ingredients and finished products
  • produce bakery and pastry items for hotel restaurants, banquet events and grab-and-go Market
  • accommodate special requests
  • demonstrate intermediate piping and basic cake decoration skills
  • monitor equipment and maintain sanitation and food handling standards
