Job Duties
- produce high quality and creative baked goods and desserts in an efficient manner
- design, execute and improve recipes
- perform quality checks on ingredients and finished products
- produce bakery and pastry items for hotel restaurants, banquet events and grab-and-go Market
- accommodate special requests
- demonstrate intermediate piping and basic cake decoration skills
- monitor equipment and maintain sanitation and food handling standards
