Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-3 years experience in pastry baking
  • ability to follow recipes and bakery standards
  • knowledge of food safety practices
  • physical stamina for standing long hours
  • ability to work weekends and holidays
  • positive attitude and reliability

Job Qualifications

  • 1-3 years pastry experience preferred
  • knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients
  • ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen
  • strong attention to detail
  • good communication and teamwork skills
  • flexibility to work various shifts
  • passion for pastry arts

Job Duties

  • prepare all pastry products according to pastry shop standards
  • assist in high level baking creations
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of pastry work area
  • collaborate with culinary team to ensure timely production
  • adhere to food safety and hygiene regulations
  • support management with additional kitchen duties
  • monitor inventory and report supply needs
