Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2-5 years of relevant pastry experience
  • ability to stand for extended periods
  • capacity to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • knowledge of kitchen safety and sanitation procedures
  • physical ability to handle bakery equipment
  • strong organizational skills and time management

Job Qualifications

  • 2-5 years of pastry experience preferred
  • knowledge of baking techniques and pastry preparation
  • ability to follow detailed recipes and instructions
  • strong attention to detail and creativity

Job Duties

  • Prepare all pastry products according to pastry shop standards
  • assist in high level baking creations
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of pastry workstations
  • ensure quality control and consistency of all pastry items
  • collaborate with culinary team to develop new dessert concepts
  • adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines
  • perform other duties as assigned by management
