- experience in pastry preparation

Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Preparation of all pastry products as trained in accordance to pastry shop standards
- assists higher level bakers
- performs other duties as assigned by chef
- ensures quality and consistency of all pastry items
- maintains cleanliness and organization of pastry work area
- collaborates with kitchen staff to meet production schedules
- follows health and safety regulations
