Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a baker or pastry cook
- Strong knowledge of laminated dough techniques and bread pastry production
- Ability to work early mornings starting around 4:00 AM
- Flexibility for additional hours as needed
- Commitment to maintaining food safety and sanitation standards
- Physical ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks
Job Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of laminated dough techniques and bread pastry production
- Familiarity with various baking methods and equipment
- Ability to work early mornings starting around 4:00 AM with flexibility for additional hours as needed
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to work under pressure
- Team player with strong communication skills
Job Duties
- Prepare and bake a variety of pastries, breads, and laminated doughs including croissants, Danish, and puff pastry
- Measure and mix ingredients accurately to create doughs and batters
- Follow recipes and adjust based on seasonal ingredients and availability
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment adhering to all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Monitor and manage baking times and temperatures to ensure optimal product quality
- Collaborate with the team to develop new recipes and improve existing products
- Assist in inventory management including ordering and receiving supplies as needed
- Maintain equipment and report any maintenance issues
