  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and handle bakery equipment

  • Ability to follow detailed recipes and baking techniques

Job Duties

  • Prepare and bake a variety of pastries, breads, and laminated doughs including croissants, Danish, and puff pastry
  • Measure and mix ingredients accurately to create doughs and batters
  • Follow recipes and adjust based on seasonal ingredients and availability
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment adhering to all food safety and sanitation guidelines
  • Monitor and manage baking times and temperatures to ensure optimal product quality
  • Collaborate with the team to develop new recipes and improve existing products
  • Assist in inventory management including ordering and receiving supplies as needed
  • Maintain equipment and report any maintenance issues
