Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous baking experience preferred
- ability to work Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM
- reliable transportation
- ability to stand for extended periods
- strong communication skills
- ability to follow recipes and safety standards
Job Qualifications
- A flexible spirit who adapts easily to changes in work location or routine
- skilled in baking cakes, pies, and breads with minimal supervision
- decorating skills are a big plus
- able to prepare afternoon break items with creativity and consistency
- a true team player who enjoys working with others and contributing to a positive atmosphere
- reliable and punctual
- detail-oriented with a keen eye for presentation and quality
Job Duties
- Prepare all pastry products as trained in accordance to pastry shop standards
- assist higher level bakers
- prepare afternoon break items with creativity and consistency
- ensure quality and presentation of all baked goods
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the pastry work area
- follow safety and sanitation guidelines
- perform other duties as assigned by the Chef
