Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • previous baking or pastry experience preferred
  • ability to follow recipes and pastry shop standards
  • strong attention to detail
  • excellent teamwork and communication skills
  • able to work the scheduled hours Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM
  • physical ability to perform baking duties

Job Qualifications

  • flexible spirit who adapts easily to changes in work location or routine
  • skilled in baking cakes, pies, and breads with minimal supervision
  • decorating skills are a big plus
  • able to prepare afternoon break items with creativity and consistency
  • true team player who enjoys working with others and contributing to a positive atmosphere

  • detail-oriented with keen eye for presentation and quality

Job Duties

  • Preparation of all pastry products as trained in accordance to Pastry shop standards
  • assists higher level bakers
  • prepare afternoon break items with creativity and consistency
  • maintain detail-oriented quality and presentation
  • collaborate with team members to foster a positive atmosphere
  • ensure punctuality and reliability
  • perform other duties as assigned by Chef
