Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous baking or pastry experience preferred
- ability to follow recipes and pastry shop standards
- strong attention to detail
- excellent teamwork and communication skills
- able to work the scheduled hours Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM
- physical ability to perform baking duties

- flexible spirit who adapts easily to changes in work location or routine
- skilled in baking cakes, pies, and breads with minimal supervision
- decorating skills are a big plus
- able to prepare afternoon break items with creativity and consistency

Job Duties
- Preparation of all pastry products as trained in accordance to Pastry shop standards
- assists higher level bakers
