- prior experience as a baker or pastry cook
- familiarity with laminated doughs and baking equipment
- ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks
- adherence to food safety and sanitation protocols
- flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
- strong work ethic and reliability

Job Duties
- Prepare and bake a variety of pastries, breads, and laminated doughs, including croissants, Danish, and puff pastry
- measure and mix ingredients accurately to create doughs and batters
- follow recipes and adjust based on seasonal ingredients and availability
- maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- monitor and manage baking times and temperatures to ensure optimal product quality
- collaborate with the team to develop new recipes and improve existing products
- assist in inventory management, including ordering and receiving supplies as needed
- maintain equipment and report any maintenance issues
