Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in a bakery or food service environment helpful but not required
- minimum age requirements as per equipment operation
- ability to work flexible hours including early mornings
- capacity to stand for extended periods
- basic math skills required for handling transactions
Job Qualifications
- Fluent in English
- capable of counting money and making change
- able to operate restaurant equipment
- strong teamwork and communication skills
- commitment to excellent guest service
- ability to follow safety and food safety guidelines
Job Duties
- Produce bakery products and finish donuts
- greet and serve guests while providing excellent customer service
- anticipate and understand guest needs and strive to exceed expectations
- operate coffee, sandwich, and other restaurant equipment
- perform POS transactions including entering orders and collecting payment accurately
- maintain clean workstations and guest areas
- follow direction and work respectfully with others
