Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • valid driver's license with reliable transportation
  • ability to work early morning shifts starting as early as 3:00 AM
  • willingness to maintain strict food safety and hygiene standards
  • punctuality and dependable attendance
  • effective communication skills

Job Duties

  • Maintain a clean and professional appearance at all times
  • consistently bake and finish product according to standards and specifications
  • prepare and present bakery products and merchandise in an attractive fashion to promote sales
  • promote food safety by following personal hygiene directives
  • prepare the restaurant for opening by baking product, brewing coffee, and performing essential tasks
  • arrive to the store on time, sometimes as early as 3:00 AM
  • bake all necessary products including bagels, croissants, muffins
  • set up donut case to brand standards before the restaurant opens
  • brew all iced and hot coffee
  • prep food for the next day's business
  • clean back room and baking area
