- valid driver's license with reliable transportation
- ability to work early morning shifts starting as early as 3:00 AM
- willingness to maintain strict food safety and hygiene standards
- punctuality and dependable attendance

Job Duties
- Maintain a clean and professional appearance at all times
- consistently bake and finish product according to standards and specifications
- prepare and present bakery products and merchandise in an attractive fashion to promote sales
- promote food safety by following personal hygiene directives
- prepare the restaurant for opening by baking product, brewing coffee, and performing essential tasks
- arrive to the store on time, sometimes as early as 3:00 AM
- bake all necessary products including bagels, croissants, muffins
- set up donut case to brand standards before the restaurant opens
- brew all iced and hot coffee
- prep food for the next day's business
- clean back room and baking area
