Job Duties
- Maintain a clean and professional appearance at all times
- Consistently bake and finish product according to standards and specifications
- Prepare and present bakery products and merchandise attractively to promote sales
- Promote food safety by following personal hygiene directives
- Prepare the restaurant for opening by baking products, brewing coffee, and performing essential opening tasks
- Arrive to the store on time, with shifts starting as early as 3:00 AM depending on location
- Bake all necessary products including bagels, croissants, muffins
- Set up donut case to brand standards before restaurant opens
- Brew all iced and hot coffee
- Prep all food for the next day's business
- Clean back room and baking area
