Job Requirements
- Graduation from high school or an equivalent combination of technical training and experience
- One-year satisfactory baking experience or an equivalent combination of technical training and experience
- Standards of personal hygiene consistent with sanitation rules and regulations
- Occasional lifting of 26 to 75 pounds is necessary

- Serve Safe certification preferred
- Retail and cake decorating experience
- Ability to work in a team environment
- May require valid driver’s license
Job Duties
- Assist in processing a wide range of bakery products including breads, cakes, cookies, bagels, decorated goods
- Operate large volume bakery equipment and ensure proficiency in setup and operation
- Scale ingredients and prepare products to ensure uniformity in size and quality
- Conduct taste testing to maintain quality standards
- Perform proper storage of bakery products to minimize waste and spoilage
- Clean equipment and work areas according to prescribed standards
- Assist in distribution, arrangement, and delivery of bakery products
