Job Requirements
- Must be able to work early morning hours (3am)
- Must be able to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday)
- Must speak English
- Ability to count change accurately
- Dependable and punctual
- Some heavy lifting required
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior experience in retail or customer service helpful but not required
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills in English
- Bilingual in English and Spanish a plus
- Reliable and dependable work ethic
- Physical ability to perform some heavy lifting
Job Duties
- Bake and prepare kolaches, coffee and sweets
- Clean and maintain the dining area
- Stock the restaurant efficiently
- Make coffee and fill customer orders
- Greet and serve customers as a cashier
- Handle cash and transactions accurately
- Maintain high standards of customer service during busy periods
