- able to lift up to 50 lbs
- reliable transportation
- willingness to work flexible hours
- food safety knowledge is a plus

Job Duties
- prepare product according to recipes and detailed baking procedures
- operate commercial mixing and baking equipment
- maintain cleanliness including sanitizing food prep areas and mopping floors
- follow proper labeling and storage procedures
- wash dishes using three compartment sink
- adhere to opening and closing checklists
- cross-train to operate front of house when needed
