Job Description
Levain Bakery is a beloved small bread and cookie shop established in 1995 by Pam Weekes and Connie McDonald in New York City. The bakery began from a passionate duo who left their careers—Pam as a competitive triathlete and Connie as a baker—to create something special. The business gained fame quickly thanks to their signature BIG chocolate chip walnut cookie, which was originally baked as an energy source for triathlon training. This 6-ounce cookie became an instant neighborhood favorite and a destination for cookie lovers from around the world.
