Job Requirements
- At least 1 year prior work experience as a cook, baker, or enrollment in a culinary program
- Ability to use scales, thermometers, measuring tools, and divide and multiply recipes
- Good organizational, communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience working with baking equipment including ovens and mixers
- Clear understanding of kitchen and food safety guidelines
- Valid Food Handler's Card if required by county

Job Duties
- Prepare products using all methods, established portions, and recipes for baking preparation
- Manage daily production and communicate product counts with coaching team
- Prepare breakfast items including quiche, cinnamon rolls, muffins, etc.
- Prepare and bake bread items including loaves, buns, rolls, cookies, etc.
- Daily preparation of seasonal fresh fruit for pies and toppings
- Clean all bake related machines, workstations, transit trays, and instruments too large for dishwasher
- Properly label, organize and rotate bake ingredients in freeze and storage areas
- Rotate bake inventory to maintain freshness and quality
- Receive orders, check invoices, and put deliveries away
- Prepare kitchen for the day including making sure everything is secure, lighting the oven, etc.
- Notify coaches of quality issues, inconsistencies, low inventory
- Maintain a clean and sanitary bake area and station
- Comply with weight and measures, health, sanitation, and safety policies
- Promote and provide extraordinary service when interacting with team members and guests
- Demonstrate dependable leadership qualities and escalate matters as needed
- Cross train in other functions for back of house/kitchen areas
- Available to work morning, afternoon, and evening shifts including weekends and holidays
