Job Requirements
- At least 1 year prior work experience as a cook, baker, or enrollment in a culinary program
- ability to use scales, thermometers, measuring, and divide and multiply recipes
- good organizational, communication and problem-solving skills
- experience working with baking equipment including oven, mixers, etc.
- clear understanding of kitchen and food safety guidelines
- valid Food Handlers Card if required by county

Job Duties
- Prepare products using all methods, established portions, and recipes for baking preparation
- manages daily production and communication of product counts with coaching team
- prepare breakfast items for bake including quiche, cinnamon rolls, muffins, etc.
- prepare and bake bread items including loaves, buns, rolls, cookies, etc.
- daily preparation of seasonal fresh fruit for pies and toppings
- clean all bake related machines, workstations, transit trays, and instruments too large for dishwasher
- responsible to properly label, organize and rotate bake ingredients in freeze and storage areas
- rotates bake inventory to maintain freshness and quality, make products fresh daily
- receive orders, check invoices, and put deliveries away as needed
- prepare kitchen for the day including making sure everything is secure, lighting the oven, etc.
- notify the Coaches of any food quality issues, inconsistencies of product with recipes, low inventory, etc.
- maintain a clean and sanitary bake area and station at all times
- comply with established weight and measures, health, sanitation, and safety policies, procedures, and guidelines
- protect the Brand through promoting and providing extraordinary service when interacting with team members and guests
- demonstrate dependable leadership qualities to work primarily unassisted, and is proactive to escalate matters as needed
- flexible to cross train in other functions for back of the house/kitchen areas
- must be available to work morning, afternoon, and evening shifts including weekends and holidays
