Job Qualifications
- Comfortable presenting a variety of materials to new audiences and possess excellent communication skills

- A degree in history, museum studies, parks and recreation management, or a related area of study
- Ability to learn unfamiliar content in a specific timeframe
- Prior tour, museum, or visitor center experience
Job Duties
- Welcome visitors and set the tone for the visitor experience with an emphasis on education and safety
- Provide tours and presentations about the Baker River Hydroelectric Project and PSE's role in the community
- Interpret and implement facility educational materials and exhibits
- Conduct outreach to targeted audiences including education organizations
- Coordinate with other PSE departments and corporate programs or initiatives
- Host special visitors and public officials when required
- Promote and sustain facility visitations through effective communication and engagement
