Job Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently
- occasionally up to 75 lbs or more

Job Qualifications
- Culinary degree with a specialization in baking
- Serve Safe certification
- strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- solid knife skills and ability to operate various kitchen equipment safely
Job Duties
- Prepare and bake bread, pies, cakes, breakfast pastries, and rolls following standardized recipes
- proof dough and ensure proper baking techniques for consistent quality
- cut, plate, and garnish desserts for multiple kitchens
- maintain high standards of taste, presentation, and food safety
- operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- perform additional tasks and special projects as assigned
