Job Requirements

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently

Job Qualifications

  • Culinary degree with a specialization in baking
  • Serve Safe certification
  • strong communication skills (verbal and written)
  • solid knife skills and ability to operate various kitchen equipment safely

Job Duties

  • Prepare and bake bread, pies, cakes, breakfast pastries, and rolls following standardized recipes
  • proof dough and ensure proper baking techniques for consistent quality
  • cut, plate, and garnish desserts for multiple kitchens
  • maintain high standards of taste, presentation, and food safety
  • operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
  • perform additional tasks and special projects as assigned
