Job Duties

  • improve and sustain volunteer recruitment processes
  • maintain management systems for volunteer, mentoring, and job coaching programs
  • finalize development of volunteer coordination procedures
  • create standard operating procedures for volunteer programs
  • support volunteer efforts in ESL, HSE, and workforce readiness programs
  • coordinate with community organizations to enhance program impact
  • track and report on volunteer program outcomes
