Job Requirements
- Must be able to bake various baked goods including Mexican, Central American, and American styles
- Must enjoy working with the public
- Must have good communication skills

- Must have a positive attitude towards safety and be committed to following all health and safety regulations and policies
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- Must be able to transfer to other locations within a reasonable commute of home store
- Ability to meet the physical requirements of the job

- Three years of baking experience
- Basic understanding of English language

Job Duties
- Prepare dough, batters, and mixtures for breads, cakes, and pastries according to approved recipes

- Respond promptly to customer requests and inquiries
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the bakery area
- Follow health and safety regulations to ensure well-being of all
- Collaborate with team members to meet department goals
