Job Requirements
- Must be able to bake various baked goods including Mexican, Central American, and American styles
- Must enjoy working with the public
- Must have good communication skills
- Must have a friendly, courteous attitude

- Must be committed to follow health and safety regulations
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- Must be able to transfer to other locations within reasonable commute
- Must meet physical requirements of the job
- Basic understanding of English language

- Three years of baking experience
- Good communication skills

Job Duties
- Prepare doughs, batters, and mixtures for breads, cakes, and pastries
- Bake cakes, pastries, and specialty goods safely and efficiently
- Greet and interact with customers providing extraordinary customer service
- Follow department recipes and supervisor instructions
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the bakery area
- Respond to customer requests and questions courteously
- Work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
