Job Requirements
- Must be able to bake various baked goods including Mexican, Central American, and American specialties
- must enjoy working with the public
- must have good communication skills
- must have a friendly and courteous attitude
- must provide extraordinary customer service
- must have a responsible, professional, and positive attitude towards the job and co-workers
- must commit to following all health and safety regulations and policies
- must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- must be able to transfer to other locations within a reasonable commute
- ability to meet the physical requirements of the job
- must have 3 years of baking experience
- basic understanding of English language

Job Duties
- Prepare dough, batters, and mixtures according to bakery recipes
- bake cakes, pastries, and specialty bakery goods

- maintain health and safety regulations compliance
- work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- transfer to other locations when required
