Job Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years baking experience
- ability to bake various baked goods including Mexican, Central American, and American
- must enjoy working with the public

- commitment to follow all health and safety regulations
- ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- willing to transfer to other locations within reasonable commute

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- minimum of 3 years baking experience
- proficiency in preparing Mexican, Central American, and American baked goods
- basic understanding of English language
- excellent communication and customer service skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain safety standards
- positive and courteous attitude towards customers and team members
Job Duties
- Prepare dough, batters, and mixtures for breads, cakes, and pastries according to company recipes
- bake cakes, pastries, and specialty bakery goods including Mexican, Central American, and American products
- greet and provide extraordinary customer service to bakery customers
- respond to customer requests and inquiries in a friendly and professional manner
- maintain adherence to all health and safety regulations and workplace policies
- work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- assist with bakery department goals and objectives while promoting a positive work environment
