Job Requirements
- Must be able to bake various baked goods including Mexican, Central American, and American styles
- Must enjoy working with the public
- Must have good communication skills
- Must have friendly, courteous attitude and provide extraordinary customer service
- Must exhibit responsible, professional, positive attitude towards the job, co-workers, and customers
- Must have positive safety attitude and commitment to follow all health and safety regulations
- Must be able to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- Must be able to transfer to other locations within reasonable commute
- Ability to meet physical requirements of the job
- Must have minimum of 3 years baking experience
- Basic understanding of English language

Job Duties
- Prepare dough, batters, and mixtures for breads, cakes, and pastries according to authorized recipes
- Bake cakes, pastries, and specialty bakery goods safely and efficiently
- Greet customers with a smile and provide extraordinary customer service
- Respond promptly to customers' requests to meet department goals
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the baking area
- Follow health and safety regulations to ensure well-being of self and others
- Work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
