Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on baking experience in a professional setting
  • Strong knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and presentation for cakes, breads, pastries, and other specialty baked goods
  • Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills
  • Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to consistency and quality
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting
  • Must be able to speak, read, and communicate clearly in English
  • Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Job Duties

  • Prepare a variety of baked goods including pies, cookies, pastries, cakes, and more using mixers, ovens, blenders, and other baking equipment
  • Conduct quality checks on ingredients and final products to maintain food safety and excellence standards
  • Interact with customers by answering questions, taking custom orders, processing payments, and delivering warm, friendly service
  • Maintain accurate records of production, inventory, and special orders
  • Ensure all client orders are fulfilled correctly and delivered on time
  • Clean and restock workstations, maintaining a safe, organized, and sanitary work environment
  • Support the bakery team with additional tasks and duties as assigned
