Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous baking experience in a commercial bakery
- valid food handler certification or willingness to obtain
- ability to work early morning shifts starting at 3:00 AM
- physical ability to stand for extended periods
- capacity to lift heavy items up to 50 lbs
- strong communication and teamwork skills

Job Duties
- Prepare mise en place for daily production
