Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • experience working as a baker or in a similar role
  • ability to work early morning shifts starting at 3:00 AM
  • Food Handler Certification or willingness to obtain
  • physical capability to stand for long hours
  • ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • strong communication and teamwork skills

Job Duties

  • Prepare mise en place
  • mix doughs according to recipes
  • shape dough for proofing and baking
  • monitor dough fermentation and proofing times
  • bake breads and pastries ensuring quality and consistency
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of the production kitchen
  • adhere to all food safety guidelines and protocols
