Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in food preparation or baking preferred
  • ability to work early morning shifts
  • good organizational skills
  • detail-oriented approach
  • able to stand and walk for extended periods
  • physical capability to reach, bend, balance, and transport objects repeatedly
  • availability to work weekends

Job Qualifications

  • Graphic food prep or baking experience preferred
  • strong communication skills
  • ability to move quickly and efficiently between tasks
  • high attention to detail
  • ability to follow directions and make a work plan
  • physical ability to stand and walk for 8+ hours and perform repetitive movements
  • weekend availability

Job Duties

  • Early morning shifts from 2:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
  • efficient preparation and baking of signature items including bagels, artisan breads, and other baked goods
  • ensuring food safety standards are respected at all times
  • maintaining stocks and performing regular inventory
  • following detailed recipes and baking procedures
  • cleaning and maintaining baking equipment
  • collaborating with team members to meet daily production goals
